Pause Drive access and permanently remove cached metadata from caTantr.
Google Drive files themselves remain under the user's control and are not deleted by caTantr during disconnection.
8. Gmail Integration
8.1 Purpose
Gmail integration enables:

8.2 Authorized Sending
Emails are sent using the Google account authorized by the tenant administrator or authorized account holder.
The connected account remains under the user's ownership and control.

A tenant administrator may authorize designated users within the same organization to use Gmail-powered communication features through role-based access controls.
Access is controlled exclusively by the tenant administrator.
8.4 Staff Attribution
When emails are sent through delegated organizational workflows:
- The sending Google account remains visible.
- caTantr may include the identity of the user who initiated the communication.
- Audit records may capture the initiating user for accountability and compliance purposes.
8.5 No Marketing Profiling
Google Gmail data is never used by BharatTantr Pranali for:

- Tenant records are deleted from caTantr systems.
- Staff access is revoked.
- User memberships are removed.
- Operational records are removed according to the deletion workflow.
Files stored in Google Drive are not deleted by caTantr.
Users should independently manage or delete Google-hosted files if desired.

Subject to applicable law, users may:

- Withdraw consent
