Tenant
An organization, firm, business, or professional practice using caTantr.
Tenant Administrator
The primary account holder who creates and manages a Tenant.
User
Any individual authorized to access a Tenant.
Workspace Integration
Any integration with Google Workspace services including Google Drive, Gmail, Google Contacts, or Google Calendar.
Content
Any information, documents, communications, records, or data stored within caTantr.
4. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You have authority to act on behalf of your organization where applicable.
We may refuse service at our discretion where permitted by law.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you acknowledge that:
- You have read these Terms.
- You understand these Terms.
- You agree to comply with these Terms.
- You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. User Accounts
6.1 Registration
To access certain features, users must create an account.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep information updated.
- Maintain account security.
- Protect login credentials.
6.2 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- All activity under their account.
- Protecting authentication credentials.
- Preventing unauthorized access.
You must immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
7. Tenant Ownership and Administration
The individual who creates a Tenant becomes the initial Tenant Administrator.
Tenant Administrators may:
- Invite users.
- Configure permissions.
- Enable integrations.
- Manage subscription settings.
- Delete the Tenant.
Tenant Administrators are responsible for activities performed by authorized users within their organization.
8. Role-Based Access Control
caTantr provides role-based access control ("RBAC") functionality.
Tenant Administrators may grant users access to:
- Tasks
- Clients
- Finance
- Communications
- Google Drive
- Gmail
- Google Contacts
- Google Calendar
- Other platform features
The Company does not determine internal organizational permissions.
Organizations are solely responsible for configuring access appropriately.
9. Scope of Services
The Services may include:
- Practice management
- Client management
- Task management
- Workflow automation
- Team collaboration
- Financial record management
- Compliance management
- Digital document management
- Communication management
- Google Workspace integrations
- Reporting and analytics
Features may change over time.
10. Google Workspace Integrations
Workspace integrations are optional.
Users may connect Google services only after granting authorization.
The Services may integrate with:
- Google Drive
- Gmail
- Google Contacts
- Google Calendar
Such integrations remain subject to Google's terms and policies.
11. Google Drive Integration
11.1 Managed Workspace
Google Drive integration is intended to operate within a dedicated caTantr-managed workspace hierarchy.
Typically this workspace is organized within:

11.2 Drive Operations
When authorized, caTantr may:
- Create folders
- Upload files
- Rename files
- Organize files
- Retrieve metadata
- Delete managed files
solely to provide requested functionality.
11.3 User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for:
- Content stored in Google Drive.
- Permissions granted to users.
- Compliance obligations related to stored documents.
12. Gmail Integration
12.1 Purpose
Gmail integration enables business communications through authorized Google accounts.
12.2 Authorized Account
Emails are sent using the Google account connected by the Tenant Administrator or other authorized account holder.
The connected account remains under the control of its owner.
12.3 Delegated Organizational Access
Tenant Administrators may authorize internal users to use Gmail-powered functionality through RBAC permissions.
Authorized users may communicate on behalf of the organization using the connected Google account.
12.4 Staff Attribution
Where supported by the platform:
- Communications may identify the initiating user.
- Audit records may record the initiating user.
- Tenant Administrators may review communication activity.
12.5 Gmail Compliance
Users agree not to use the Services for:
- Spam
- Phishing
- Fraudulent communications
- Unsolicited bulk messaging
- Activities violating Google's policies
The Company may suspend accounts engaging in abusive behavior.
13. Google Contacts Integration
13.1 Purpose
Google Contacts integration supports:
- Contact import
- Contact synchronization
- Contact management
13.2 Synchronization
When enabled, contacts may be synchronized between:
- Google Contacts
- caTantr
Synchronization may include creation, modification, and update operations.
13.3 Organizational Responsibility
Organizations are responsible for:
- Obtaining necessary permissions.
- Managing contact data lawfully.
- Complying with privacy obligations.
14. Google Calendar Integration
14.1 Purpose
Google Calendar integration supports synchronization of:
- Tasks
- Deadlines
- Reminders
- Workflow events
14.2 Dedicated Calendar
caTantr may create and manage a dedicated calendar used for caTantr-generated events.
The platform does not intentionally access unrelated personal calendar data.
15. Subscription and Billing
15.1 Paid Services
Certain features require payment.
Users agree to pay applicable fees when due.
15.2 Pricing Changes
We may revise pricing with reasonable notice.
Continued use following a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
15.3 Credits and Wallet Balances
Credits, promotional balances, and wallet balances may be subject to expiration, forfeiture, or other limitations disclosed within the Services.
16. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure system stability and fair resource allocation:
Trial Accounts
Limited to a maximum of 1,000 client records.
Paid Accounts
Limited to 1,000 client records per active user seat unless otherwise specified.
Additional capacity may require additional user seats or upgraded plans.
Attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension.
17. User Content
Users retain ownership of their Content.
By using the Services, users grant the Company a limited license to:
- Store
- Process
- Transmit
- Display
- Synchronize
such Content solely for providing the Services.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Company.
18. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Violate laws or regulations.
- Upload malicious code.
- Circumvent security measures.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Reverse engineer the Services.
- Abuse Workspace integrations.
- Interfere with platform operation.
- Misrepresent identity.
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
19. Data Privacy
Use of the Services is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Users agree to the processing described therein.
20. Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect the Services.
However:
- No platform is completely secure.
- No method of transmission is completely secure.
- Users accept inherent technology risks.
21. Service Availability
We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee:
- Continuous operation
- Error-free service
- Uninterrupted access
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Abuse is detected.
- Payment obligations are not met.
- Required by law.
- Platform security is threatened.
23. Tenant Deletion
Eligible Tenant Administrators may permanently delete their Tenant through the account deletion workflow.
Deletion may result in:
- Revocation of Google Workspace integrations.
- Removal of tenant records.
- Removal of memberships.
- Removal of organizational data.
- Permanent loss of access.
Deleted data may not be recoverable.
24. Google Data and Workspace Disconnection
Users may disconnect Workspace integrations at any time.
Upon disconnection:
- OAuth permissions may be revoked.
- Synchronization ceases.
- Connected features become unavailable.
Google-hosted content remains under the user's Google account unless separately deleted by the user.
25. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, branding, trademarks, designs, and related materials are owned by BharatTantr Pranali unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Reverse engineer
- Distribute
- Modify
without written authorization.
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
BharatTantr Pranali shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Loss of data
- Third-party actions
- Service interruptions
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Company during the preceding twelve months.
28. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BharatTantr Pranali from claims arising from:
- User misconduct
- Violation of law
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of integrations
- Infringement of third-party rights
29. Compliance with Laws
Users agree to comply with:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
- Applicable tax laws
- Applicable commercial laws
- Applicable data protection laws
and other relevant regulations.
30. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet failures
- Infrastructure outages
- Pandemics
- War
- Civil unrest
31. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
32. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.
33. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
34. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
35. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
