To ensure system stability and fair resource distribution, the following limits apply to client records:
- Trial Accounts: Restricted to a maximum of 1,000 client records.
- Paid Accounts: Restricted to 1,000 client records per active User Slot (Seat).
- To increase client capacity beyond these limits, the User must purchase additional User Slots.
- Attempting to bypass these limits via technical manipulation or bulk data "bombarding" is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and systems belong to BharatTantr Pranali unless stated otherwise. You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Distribute
- Reverse engineer
- Reproduce
Without written permission. “caTantr” and “BharatTantr Pranali” are protected brand assets.

10. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of your business data. By using our Services, you grant us limited rights to:

- Analyze
Your data solely for service delivery. We do not claim ownership of your content.
